We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident about your purchase. The refund terms below apply to each product in the Copy My AI Agency funnel. By purchasing, you agree to these terms, which operate alongside our Terms of Service.

Core Offer — $37 Lifetime Access

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If within 30 days of purchase you feel the product is not what we described, email support@copymyaiagency.com with your order details and we will issue a full refund of the $37 purchase price. No questions asked.

After 30 days, no refunds on the core offer. Lifetime access to the materials continues regardless of whether you remain active.

Upsell — Elite AI Operator Inner Circle ($1,788/year)

10x ROI Guarantee. Follow the program and close at least $17,880 in agency revenue within 90 days of joining, or we will refund the full $1,788 purchase price and you may keep access to the materials you have already received.

To invoke this guarantee: within 90 days of purchase, email support@copymyaiagency.com with (a) screenshots or documentation showing you completed the program steps, and (b) evidence of the revenue result. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

After 90 days or if program completion is not demonstrated, the annual fee is non-refundable. The Elite annual subscription auto-renews 12 months after purchase unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Downsell — Elite Membership Monthly ($7 / 7-day trial, then $199/month)

$7 Trial Activation Fee. When you accept the monthly Elite option, $7 is charged today and you receive 7 days of full Elite access. The $7 trial fee is non-refundable once access has been provided, since the trial period itself is the consideration for the fee.

Cancel anytime during the 7-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged the recurring $199/month. Cancel from your account or by emailing support@copymyaiagency.com at least 24 hours before your trial expires.

After the trial. If you do not cancel within 7 days, the subscription auto-renews at $199/month and you may cancel at any time for the next billing cycle. Past monthly billing cycles are non-refundable, since each monthly payment covers live coaching, calls, and community access already provided during that month. We do not pro-rate partial months.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@copymyaiagency.com from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order confirmation number or the last 4 digits of the card used.
  3. For the $1,788 10x ROI guarantee, attach the documentation required above.

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Most refund situations are resolved quickly by email. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your access while we investigate, and the guarantees described above are voided for orders subject to chargeback.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy; changes apply only to purchases made on or after the effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
