Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://copymyaiagency.com(the “Site”) and any products, digital content, or services offered by Digital Warriors LLC, doing business as Copy My AI Agency(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase our products.

2. License to Access

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased materials for your personal and internal business use only. You may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, or create derivative works from the materials. Login credentials are personal and may not be shared with others.

3. Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions

All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout plus any applicable taxes.

One-time purchases (e.g. the core $37 lifetime-access offer) are billed once at the time of purchase.

Annual subscriptions (e.g. the $1,788/year Elite upsell) are charged at the time of acceptance and automatically renew 12 months later unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Monthly subscriptions with trial (e.g. the Elite Membership Monthly downsell) charge a $7 trial activation fee on acceptance, provide 7 days of full access, and then automatically convert to $199/month recurring billing if not canceled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges, but does not refund prior periods. The $7 trial fee is non-refundable once access has been provided.

4. Refunds and Guarantees

We offer guarantees specific to each product. The full refund terms are described on our Refund Policy page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. No Income or Results Guarantee

Our products are educational in nature. Any earnings, revenue, or client-acquisition examples shared are illustrative only and do not represent typical results. Your results depend on your effort, skill, experience, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount or achieve any specific result.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials — videos, templates, workflows, snapshots, scripts, bots, written content, branding, and software — are the intellectual property of Digital Warriors LLC or our licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive access, not ownership.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the materials with any person who has not paid for access
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software we provide
  • Use the materials to build a product that competes directly with Copy My AI Agency
  • Access the Site by automated means or in a way that imposes unusual load on our infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

8. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Some of our materials describe how to use third-party services (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Stripe, and N8N). You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those third parties’ terms and any fees they charge. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or feature changes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, attempt to defraud us or our payment processor, or engage in conduct that harms other customers or our reputation. Termination for cause is not grounds for a refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Warriors LLC’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, lost profits, or lost data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Warriors LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of another party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post the revised Terms or send notice via email, whichever is sooner. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Warriors LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings.
